Welcome to Connecta. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Connecta mobile and web applications and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • Account responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, maintaining the security of your account, and all activity under your account.

2. What Connecta Provides

Connecta provides matching, chat, voice and video calling, media sharing, notifications, and subscription-based premium features. We may use third-party services for authentication, storage, notifications, payments, and real-time media.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew until canceled.
  • Prices and billing terms are shown in the app.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers; you agree to their terms.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with the payment provider and local law.

4. Content and Conduct

You may post content you own, but you grant Connecta a license to store, display, and share it as needed to provide the Service. You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, deceptive, exploitative, or infringing content.

5. Safety and Moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. We are not responsible for other users' conduct. Exercise caution when interacting with others.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all proprietary content, trademarks, designs, and software are owned by Connecta or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connecta's liability is limited and excludes indirect damages, lost profits, and similar losses.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account by deleting it in the app or contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Connecta is incorporated, subject to applicable local requirements.
